Information centre
All the important information for your stay you will receive at the information centre. Should you be interested in a visit or guided tour, you can purchase the relevant tickets at the counter. The special exhibition on the new ship hoist is also located in the information centre and can be visited free of charge.

Ticket sales
Tickets are available in the information center and at the ticket machines in front of it. Please note that only tickets for access via the turnstile are available from the ticket machines.
Attention: The turnstile is not suitable for prams, wheelchairs, walkers or large dogs. Tickets are only available from the information center.

Special exhibition
Here you can find all information about the new Niederfinow ship hoist. Films vividly show the construction of the facility and the course of a trough journey. With the help of models, visitors can understand the location and function of the new ship hoist.
